Lift Heavy Sh*t was founded 23 June 2024. At the moment, as a startup, we are eager to involve anyone interested in our brand and motivate themself and others to lift heavy sh*t. We will have our whole community here on our page establishing a strong connection between people with the right mindset, or people who desire to build that drive. The community's milestones, determination in their workouts, greek godly posing and training to failure will be shown to inspire the rest of the people who lift heavy sh*t.
